See project deadlines where you plan your working day.

How projects & operations use it
Example workflows for your Notion planner
Software release milestones
Track code freeze, review and release dates as separate entries. The calendar shows the schedule; your issue tracker and Notion board continue to own progress.
Architecture and design reviews
Date concept reviews, drawing handoffs and site visits. Include a project label so the calendar distinguishes milestones across different commissions.
Legal and administrative projects
Mirror dates you have already recorded and verified in Notion. N2C does not calculate statutory deadlines or replace a professional case-management system.
Operational handoffs
Keep procurement cutoffs, internal reviews and delivery dates visible to collaborators. Share a calendar filtered to the milestones relevant to them.
How to connect this workflow
Use the dates you already maintain in Notion.
- Use a Notion task or milestone database with a title and a Date property.
- Add project and status properties so you can distinguish active work from completed tasks.
- Connect the database in N2C and, with Premium, filter the project or owner you want to see.
- Check the selected events in your calendar; keep dependency changes and deadline verification in your project workflow.
Premium direct Google and Outlook connections support two-way updates for supported, mapped non-recurring events. Shared iCal links and Apple Calendar feeds send dates from Notion to the calendar; the calendar app decides when to fetch changes. Configure reminders in your calendar app.

Questions from projects & operations
Is this different from the freelancer page?
Yes. This page focuses on project milestones and operational handoffs across a team or organisation. The freelancer page focuses on managing client commitments in an independent working day.
Does N2C calculate deadlines or dependencies?
No. It sends the Date values already stored in Notion. You remain responsible for verifying legal, contractual and project dates, and for updating dependent tasks.
Can I hide completed tasks from the calendar?
Premium Calendar Links support Notion property filters. Configure the statuses you want to include so the calendar represents the intended project view.
Can colleagues view a project schedule without Notion?
Yes, through a calendar link. Choose the intended filter and event fields before sharing; the link is a subscription to the selected schedule, not access to the project board.

See all Premium features
- Several Notion workspaces, one account
- Connect your personal, work or client workspaces and choose which databases to use. Each workspace keeps its own permissions.
- Direct calendar connections
- Send Notion events to a dedicated Google calendar or connect Outlook. Google edits do not update Notion. Outlook two-way beta supports selected edits on linked, non-recurring events when enabled for your connection.
- Feeds for each project
- Create multiple feeds from a database. Apply filters or start from an existing Notion view with its date field, filter and name.
- The event details you need
- Choose titles and descriptions from Notion properties. Include locations, links and attachments in compatible iCal apps. Direct connections support their own set of mapped fields.
- More dates in your calendar
- Formula date fields are supported. Premium feeds fetch a broader event window than Free.
- Share a schedule by URL
- Share an iCal feed with people who do not use Notion. Anyone with the private URL can read that feed, so share it only with the intended recipients.
- Shorter feed caching
- Premium keeps the source feed fresh more often. Calendar apps still choose when to fetch iCal subscriptions. Direct Google and Outlook connections do not wait for that polling cycle; processing is asynchronous.
