What Notion field types can I use in titles?
Status, select, multi-select, unique ID, number, checkbox, formula, and people fields are all supported in custom titles.
How is this different from custom description fields?
Custom titles change the event name itself — what you see in the calendar grid. Custom descriptions add details inside the event when you open it. You can use both together.
Is this a premium feature?
Yes, custom event titles require a Premium subscription ($3/month). Free plans use the Notion page title as the event name.
Do title changes in Notion sync automatically?
Yes. Premium refreshes the feed every 5 minutes, so title changes are ready the next time your calendar app checks. This is a one-way sync — changes in your calendar app do not write back to Notion.
