Why your events may take a while to appear in Outlook
Outlook on the web refreshes subscribed calendars on Microsoft’s own schedule — roughly every few hours, and sometimes longer. Outlook does not offer a manual refresh or a setting to change this interval. It is an Outlook limitation, not a problem with your feed. Your Notion events will always arrive; Outlook simply decides when to fetch them.

How is this different from Notion Calendar Outlook support?
Notion Calendar now lets you connect Outlook calendars inside the Notion Calendar app. Notion to Calendar does the opposite job: it sends Notion database dates to Outlook as a subscribed calendar, so people can stay in Outlook or Microsoft 365.
How do I add a Notion database to Outlook Calendar?
Connect your Notion database to Notion to Calendar, choose the date property you want to use, and copy the generated calendar feed URL. In Outlook on the web, open the Calendar, select Add calendar → Subscribe from web, paste the URL, give the calendar a name, and select Import. Your Notion events then appear in Outlook.
Why don't my events appear in Outlook immediately?
Two schedules control the timing. Outlook checks subscribed calendars on Microsoft’s schedule, while Notion to Calendar refreshes the Free feed every 6 hours and the Premium feed every 5 minutes. Premium keeps the latest Notion changes ready whenever Outlook checks.
How often does Outlook update my Notion calendar?
Outlook chooses when to fetch subscribed calendars, and that interval can vary. On our side, Free refreshes the feed every 6 hours and Premium every 5 minutes, so Premium changes are ready for Outlook’s next check.
Is it compatible with Microsoft 365?
