Notion Calendar for Appointments & Services
Keep confirmed appointments in view throughout your day.
Notion to Calendar connects appointments you have already recorded in Notion to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Consultants, coaches and service professionals can see sessions, preparation time and follow-up dates alongside other commitments.

How appointments & services use it
Example workflows for your Notion planner
Consulting sessions
Record confirmed calls and preparation blocks in Notion. See both in your calendar while keeping proposals and client work in the original workspace.
Coaching appointments
Date each session individually and add a separate follow-up deadline. Choose calendar-safe labels rather than copying confidential session notes.
Service visits
Track a confirmed visit with its date, time and useful location details. N2C displays the plan; it does not optimise routes or dispatch staff.
Appointment follow-up
Create dated tasks for sending a summary or preparing the next meeting. These appear as distinct calendar entries rather than hidden checklist items.
How to connect this workflow
Use the dates you already maintain in Notion.
- Record confirmed appointments in a database with a title and a Date property, including times where needed.
- Add a status property to separate confirmed sessions from enquiries or cancelled visits.
- Connect the database and choose a destination; use Premium filters for the appointments you intend to include.
- Review event details before sharing any calendar link, and keep bookings and conflict checks in your existing process.
Premium direct Google and Outlook connections support two-way updates for supported, mapped non-recurring events. Shared iCal links and Apple Calendar feeds send dates from Notion to the calendar; the calendar app decides when to fetch changes. Configure reminders in your calendar app.

Questions from appointments & services
Can clients book a time through N2C?
No. N2C is not a booking form or appointment marketplace. Confirm the appointment through your existing process, record its date in Notion, then connect it to your calendar.
Does it prevent double bookings?
N2C helps you see appointments alongside other plans, but it does not check availability, reserve slots or reject conflicts. Use your booking process to confirm availability.
Can I exclude pending enquiries?
With Premium, filter a Calendar Link by a status such as Confirmed. A dated enquiry can otherwise appear if it matches the configured calendar selection.
Are appointment details safe to share?
Treat a calendar link as access to the selected event data. Choose titles and fields intended for its recipients, and keep confidential client records outside shared events.

See all Premium features
- Several Notion workspaces, one account
- Connect your personal, work or client workspaces and choose which databases to use. Each workspace keeps its own permissions.
- Direct calendar connections
- Send Notion events to a dedicated Google calendar or connect Outlook. Google edits do not update Notion. Outlook two-way beta supports selected edits on linked, non-recurring events when enabled for your connection.
- Feeds for each project
- Create multiple feeds from a database. Apply filters or start from an existing Notion view with its date field, filter and name.
- The event details you need
- Choose titles and descriptions from Notion properties. Include locations, links and attachments in compatible iCal apps. Direct connections support their own set of mapped fields.
- More dates in your calendar
- Formula date fields are supported. Premium feeds fetch a broader event window than Free.
- Share a schedule by URL
- Share an iCal feed with people who do not use Notion. Anyone with the private URL can read that feed, so share it only with the intended recipients.
- Shorter feed caching
- Premium keeps the source feed fresh more often. Calendar apps still choose when to fetch iCal subscriptions. Direct Google and Outlook connections do not wait for that polling cycle; processing is asynchronous.
