Notion Calendar for Personal Planning
Your Notion life planner, alongside the rest of your day.
Notion to Calendar connects dated entries in a personal planner to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Keep lists, notes and trip ideas in Notion while your calendar shows the errands, appointments, travel plans and priorities you have actually scheduled.

How personal planning use it
Example workflows for your Notion planner
Weekly priorities
Add dates to the tasks you have chosen for the week. The calendar shows those commitments while your broader backlog stays in Notion.
Errands and personal appointments
Record a planned visit or errand with its date and useful details. Keep reminder settings in your calendar app.
Travel itinerary
Create dated entries for departures, accommodation check-in and planned activities. Verify times and time zones against the original booking documents.
Personal deadlines
Track renewals, applications and household administration as dated entries. Use the family page when the main need is a shared household schedule.
How to connect this workflow
Use the dates you already maintain in Notion.
- Choose a personal-planning database with a title and a Date property.
- Date the tasks and plans you want to see; leave unscheduled ideas without a date.
- Connect the database to your calendar and use Premium filters if you want separate categories.
- Check travel times and calendar reminder settings, then compare the calendar with your intended weekly plan.
Premium direct Google and Outlook connections support two-way updates for supported, mapped non-recurring events. Shared iCal links and Apple Calendar feeds send dates from Notion to the calendar; the calendar app decides when to fetch changes. Configure reminders in your calendar app.

Questions from personal planning
Will every task in my Notion planner appear?
Only entries with a usable Date value that match the configured calendar selection can become events. Unscheduled ideas and undated checklist items do not automatically receive a date.
Does N2C plan my day automatically?
No. You choose the dates and times in Notion. N2C connects them to a calendar; it does not prioritise tasks or find free time for them.
How is this different from the family and fitness pages?
Personal planning combines your own dated tasks, errands, appointments and travel. The family page focuses on sharing a household schedule, and fitness focuses on planned workout sessions.
Does it verify travel bookings or time zones?
No. Verify times and dates against your booking documents and set the appropriate time zone in your planning tools. N2C follows the date information stored in Notion.

- Several Notion workspaces, one account
- Connect your personal, work or client workspaces and choose which databases to use. Each workspace keeps its own permissions.
- Direct calendar connections
- Send Notion events to a dedicated Google calendar or connect Outlook. Google edits do not update Notion. Outlook two-way beta supports selected edits on linked, non-recurring events when enabled for your connection.
- Feeds for each project
- Create multiple feeds from a database. Apply filters or start from an existing Notion view with its date field, filter and name.
- The event details you need
- Choose titles and descriptions from Notion properties. Include locations, links and attachments in compatible iCal apps. Direct connections support their own set of mapped fields.
- More dates in your calendar
- Formula date fields are supported. Premium feeds fetch a broader event window than Free.
- Share a schedule by URL
- Share an iCal feed with people who do not use Notion. Anyone with the private URL can read that feed, so share it only with the intended recipients.
- Shorter feed caching
- Premium keeps the source feed fresh more often. Calendar apps still choose when to fetch iCal subscriptions. Direct Google and Outlook connections do not wait for that polling cycle; processing is asynchronous.
