Why your events may take a while to appear in Outlook
Outlook on the web refreshes subscribed calendars on Microsoft’s own schedule — roughly every few hours, and sometimes longer. Outlook does not offer a manual refresh or a setting to change this interval. It is an Outlook limitation, not a problem with your feed. Your Notion events will always arrive; Outlook simply decides when to fetch them.

Everything you need to know about connecting Notion to Outlook
How do I add a Notion database to Outlook Calendar?
Connect your Notion database to Notion to Calendar, choose the date property you want to use, and copy the generated calendar feed URL. In Outlook on the web, open the Calendar, select Add calendar → Subscribe from web, paste the URL, give the calendar a name, and select Import. Your Notion events then appear in Outlook.
Why don't my events appear in Outlook immediately?
Two things control the timing, and neither is a fault in your feed. First, Outlook on the web only checks subscribed calendars every few hours on Microsoft’s schedule, with no way to force a refresh. Second, on the free plan we cache each feed for up to 6 hours; the premium plan refreshes the feed every minute, so new Notion events are ready much sooner. On free, a change can therefore take several hours to show in Outlook; on premium, the wait is mostly just Outlook’s own interval.
How often does Outlook update my Notion calendar?
Outlook on the web fetches subscribed calendars roughly every few hours (Microsoft has documented around every 3 hours, occasionally longer), and you cannot change that interval. On our side, the free plan serves a cached feed for up to 6 hours, while premium refreshes it every minute. So premium events become available quickly and the remaining delay is whatever Outlook adds; on free, expect changes to take a few hours.
Is it compatible with Microsoft 365?
Yes. The calendar feed works with Outlook on the web, the Outlook desktop app, and Microsoft 365. You subscribe to the same feed URL in any of them.
Can I add multiple Outlook calendars?
Yes, with the premium plan you can connect multiple Notion databases to different Outlook calendars.
