Several Notion workspaces, one account: Connect your personal, work or client workspaces and choose which databases to use. Each workspace keeps its own permissions.
Direct calendar connections: Send Notion events to a dedicated Google calendar or connect Outlook. Google edits do not update Notion. Outlook two-way beta supports selected edits on linked, non-recurring events when enabled for your connection.
Feeds for each project: Create multiple feeds from a database. Apply filters or start from an existing Notion view with its date field, filter and name.
The event details you need: Choose titles and descriptions from Notion properties. Include locations, links and attachments in compatible iCal apps. Direct connections support their own set of mapped fields.
More dates in your calendar: Formula date fields are supported. Premium feeds fetch a broader event window than Free.
Share a schedule by URL: Share an iCal feed with people who do not use Notion. Anyone with the private URL can read that feed, so share it only with the intended recipients.
Shorter feed caching: Premium keeps the source feed fresh more often. Calendar apps still choose when to fetch iCal subscriptions. Direct Google and Outlook connections do not wait for that polling cycle; processing is asynchronous.
